Let’s discuss the issue of Allergy Rhinitis. Living in Central Texas, we face allergy flare-ups in two seasons: spring brings flower pollen, while autumn brings hay fever. About 20 years ago, I was interviewed by a journalist from the Austin Chronicle who wrote about my perspective on treating allergy problems.
Here, I’d like to share my treatment approach with the public:
I use acupuncture points such as Yinxiang LI 20, Yintang (extra), Shangxin GV 23, Fengchi GB 20, Baihui GV 20, Dazue GV 14, Tangzhong Ren 17, Tiantu Ren 22, and Neiguan PC 6.
Additionally, I suggest using an herbal plaster made from Baijie Zi, Yuanhu, Xixin, and Ganzue, each 10 grams. Grind them into powder, add honey to form small balls about the size of a pinky’s tip. Apply the flattened honey balls to points such as Dazue GV 14, Dashu BL 11, Fengmen BL 12, and Feishu BL 13.
